A Whole Person Approach

A “Whole Person Approach” is about taking into consideration a person’s physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being when striving for health and wellness goals.

I am a certified Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and with this training, I address the whole person in sessions. The 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine are the guideposts: physical activity, nutrition, stress management, sleep, social connection, and avoiding risky substances. I use these pillars as a framework for discussing whole person health and how to leverage these pillars to be the best version of you – through Health and Wellness Coaching or through Whole Person Mental Healthcare.

I accept payment via credit card, check and Venmo. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance as a form of payment but am happy to work with you towards completing paperwork to submit for out-of-network reimbursement of services received.
