How much do sessions cost?

Sessions range in price from $130 to $235 depending on the length of the session. I also offer a limited number of slots on a sliding scale. Please contact me for more details. 

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance benefits. I am happy to work with you to access your out-of-network benefits by providing Superbill receipts for sessions. These receipts can be submitted to your insurance company, often for partial reimbursement (30-80%) of the cost of sessions. I recommend clients interested in utilizing out of network benefits contact their insurance prior to beginning session so we can confirm the particular process for your insurance company.

When will sessions take place?

I have daytime appointments available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am-3pm and on Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-5pm. I have limited evening appointments at this time. I typically see clients weekly or biweekly to start.

How do virtual sessions work?

For therapy sessions, each week you’ll receive a link to a HIPPA compliant video platform where we will meet. I encourage you to plan to be in a comfortable place where you can talk freely for the session. 

For health and wellness coaching, sessions can take place on the phone or via video. We can chat about your preferences and what would work best for your needs.
