Now Offering Health & Wellness Coaching, too!

Health and Wellness Coaching draws on the evidence-based fields of coaching psychology, positive psychology, adult learning theory, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and neuroscience. It’s focused on behavior change and goal setting, helping you get to a better version of you. Contrasting to therapy, it’s not intended to treat mental health conditions.

Family Therapy

Healthy family relationships can fuel well-being and resilience. Let’s talk about how to improve your relationship dynamics so everyone in your family unit can thrive.

Individual Therapy

We’ll explore your awareness of what you bring to your relationships – romantic or otherwise – and how you’ve been impacted by past relationships in order to help you grow. We can discuss your whole person mental health and what your well-being goals are.

Couples Therapy

A strong couple relationship is an essential building block for mental wellness and a healthy family. Together we can improve your communication and connection.

Therapy for Kids and Teens

Children can thrive with help learning self regulation and coping skills, while simultaneously improving the parent-child relationship. Adolescence is a time of rapid change where the building blocks for adulthood are formed. Let’s ensure your kiddo has the pieces in place to thrive and be resilient.

Relational Consultations

If you have specific questions about a relationship in your life, I am well positioned to help you with that. Relational consultations are appropriate for addressing acute questions and often look like one or two time conversations. If you’re not sure whether a consultation or therapy is right for you, we’ll figure it out together.

Clinical Supervision

As a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor and with over a decade of experience, I provide clinical supervision for LGMFTs. I strives to help supervisees develop a thorough understanding of the models of therapy, DSM 5 diagnoses, and an understanding of themselves as agents of change. There is a heavily focus on the ‘self-of-therapist’ work—the ongoing process of self-awareness and introspection that is required to do this important work.
